Can I use Zalmaya without paying?
Yes. The free version needs no payment and no account: interactive piano, units 1 and 2 of the Learn path, Practice mode with speed control, wait-for-notes and virtual hands, MIDI file import and MIDI keyboards.
On how many computers can I use Premium?
On two computers at the same time. To use a new one, you can free up an old device's slot from the app.
Do I need to be online?
Premium stays active for up to 14 days offline. After that, Zalmaya needs to check your subscription online; in the meantime, the free features remain available.
How do I cancel?
From your subscription management area, at any time. Premium stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Who handles payment?
Payments are processed by Stripe, the official reseller (Merchant of Record), through its Link payment service: it collects the payment, issues the invoice and handles taxes. Prices shown include VAT. Zalmaya never sees your bank details.
